Accommodations All rooms are newly remodeled with two double beds. Room amenities include; compact refrigerators and microwaves, irons and ironing boards, telephones with data ports, free local phone service and color TV with basic cable (77 Stations!). We also offer free wireless internet service. Coffee makers and hair dryers are available upon request. In addition, Villas are available which have a living room/full kitchen combination and a separate bedroom. All Rooms and Villas are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted anywhere outside. Sorry, No Pets Amenities Heated swimming pool exclusively for guest use. Our grounds are beautifully landscaped featuring a private tropical courtyard with chickee huts. Picnic area with gas barbecue grills and plenty of private parking is available for all guests. Continental breakfast is served during season (December through April). Location The Flamingo Motel is situated 1 mile from the beautiful gulf beaches. It is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a 7-11 convenience store. The area also offers an excellent array of recreational activities including sailing, fishing, golfing, kayaking, miniature golf, and a bike path to the beach. Trolley rides to and from the beach are only 25 cents. Information on local attractions is always available in our lobby. Directions By Car: I-75 to exit 116 (Old Exit 18), then west approximately five miles. Two blocks west of Vanderbilt Road on the right side of the road.
